Firstly, regarding this morning’s live workout…I know weekdays are tough to get a time where people can join due to work, school and all the other adult obligations. So, I am going to push today’s Live to this Saturday 1/10 @ 10am CST. I think then we will be able to accommodate more people to join!

The first live Q&A will also be this next weekend on Sunday 1/11 (time TBD), where we can discuss how the first week went, and I can answer any questions y’all have.

Just received confirmation that my weigh in as been accepted and I’m officially in. I also noticed that my membership is good for a month - will all the details of the challenge definitely be complete before the membership expires in 30 days? I’ve never done this before? Thanks in advance for your replies!

Happy Weigh-in Weekend! Hopefully by now, everyone has saved and looked over the workout calendar (if that’s the one you’re doing) and all of the super helpful nutrition information. Remember, these next four weeks will work if you take the time to prep, plan and focus on making the needed changes.
