    Exercise is an important aspect of staying healthy! The saying "use it or lose it" is very true and every little bit counts! I prefer working out at home - either using my walking pad or finding a workout on YouTube (there are TONS to choose from!)

    What are you up to today? Can you think of some ways to add extra activity to your day (park farther away, take the stairs instead of the elevator, etc.)?

My goal is water aerobics 5 days a week. Been pretty consistent lately. It definitely helps with toning up and getting fresh air. Helps with slow consistent weight loss for me.

I love this saying. Moving your body feels so good regardless of what it is. I like to walk my dogs to the Post Office instead of driving. They get their walk in and I get an errand done! Plus, it's a 2 mile long round trip
