I’ve been 95% consistent with my nutrition this month - I’m so proud of myself for that. I’ve been pretty good with movement but it’s still looking a little lighter and less than I am used to due to an ongoing injury.

I remembered how much I loved doing these games with regular weigh ins as it helps remind me that you can eat perfectly and do everything right but there are many other factors that can move that scale for good or bad. It is so much more about how I feel and see my body shift ❤

I’ve seen changes on the scale - both good and bad ? - but more importantly in my progress pics ? I’ve seen more shape in my body and toning and I’m so proud of that.

I am so close to my 4 week goal weight. However, I threw my back out Saturday. I was hoping to be better by now, but it is not. I’m hoping to push through. I will finish as strong as I can.

Oh no, Lori! I’m sorry to hear this. I struggle with ongoing back issues too and they are so frustrating. Do what you can but take care of yourself too. :heart:

I started out really strong. My strategy has been to really load up on protein in my meals which keeps me full for so much longer. My downfall is alcohol and weekends as that’s when I like to let lose and go off my meal plan. This past weekend had me doing a lot of social stuff but I stuck to my meal plan for all meals but two, limited my alcohol intake by swapping out real drinks for non-alcoholic ones (I know that the calories are still there buy not nearly as high) and I have been moving more and more each day. I’m confident I can close off this month and reach my goal and would love to do another next month to continue the progress 🔥
