I started out really strong. My strategy has been to really load up on protein in my meals which keeps me full for so much longer. My downfall is alcohol and weekends as that’s when I like to let lose and go off my meal plan. This past weekend had me doing a lot of social stuff but I stuck to my meal plan for all meals but two, limited my alcohol intake by swapping out real drinks for non-alcoholic ones (I know that the calories are still there buy not nearly as high) and I have been moving more and more each day. I’m confident I can close off this month and reach my goal and would love to do another next month to continue the progress 🔥
