Happy Tuesday!

Are you feeling hungry in the evening and need a crunchy snack?

First!! Make sure you are truly hungry and you aren’t just wanting to snack because you're bored or because snacking has become a habit as soon as you get to relax for the evening.

Now, if you are TRULY HUNGRY and need a little snack, here are some suggestions…

- Rice cakes with toppings of your choice (cottage cheese, PB, Greek yogurt, hummus, etc)
- Greek yogurt with a handful of low/no sugar cereal (Chex, plain cheerios)
- Celery w/ Peanut butter
- Carrots/celery/cucumbers/peppers w/ hummus
- Apple w/ Peanut Butter

Apples and peanut butter or a small plain Greek yogurt bowl with fruit, a drizzle of honey or maple syrup with a touch of granola and:or dark chocolate chips.

I wish I would have taken a picture of my food bowl tonight! Salmon sushi….in a bowl!

Listen- baked salmon, brown rice, chopped cucumber, cilantro, chopped mango, shredded carrots, thinly sliced avocado with a siracha light mayo (with a touch of lite soy sauce). It was delish!

Also- the mango in the bowl- don’t knock it till you try it! Lol😂

Sh.t in a bowl tomorrow is going to look a lot like a veggie chicken soup!

When I joined this Dietbet I didn’t know who Joel was, just joined to lose weight and win $ 😁 But I downloaded the BODi app and started the beginner workouts on LIIFT4. I’m on day 3 and LOVING it so far!

  • Workout done! Now to go fuel my body. Anyone else enjoy stretching with a band? I always used one in HS during all three seasons of sports but never had one at home. FINALLY splurged the $$ to buy me a set for home. For me, it makes all the world of difference!

  • Air fried chicken and smoked sausage, mixed with brown rice, onions, bell peppers, jalapeño, and mushroom! Add a dollop of plain Greek yogurt and salsa, plus a smidge of home shredded cheese. So flavorful!

    Any chance I get, I pre chop veggies and throw in the freezer. Super easy addition to any meal!

    PS- As a momma to three growing boys, they approve! 😁

Gooood morning and happy first day of your 2026 Fat Blast!

Firstly, regarding this morning’s live workout…I know weekdays are tough to get a time where people can join due to work, school and all the other adult obligations. So, I am going to push today’s Live to this Saturday 1/10 @ 10am CST. I think then we will be able to accommodate more people to join!

The first live Q&A will also be this next weekend on Sunday 1/11 (time TBD), where we can discuss how the first week went, and I can answer any questions y’all have.

Now, let’s go smash day one’s workout and crush this game!!👊?💙
