This week I felt proud that I stuck to my workout routine, and while I wasn’t perfect with my nutrition, I was very intentional with what I ate. Meal prepping was key, especially getting back into the swing of things between work, school, and after school activities. Trying to stick with a routine that is sustainable when life gets busy (dance mom here and dance competition season starts in a month for us 😬), so I’m hoping to establish that before it gets crazy! Before I had an all or nothing mindset - if I grabbed McDonald’s for breakfast I already ruined the day so I should just eat whatever the rest of the day and try again tomorrow. Working to get out of the mindset and hit my goals! Great job everyone on their first week!
