  • Sweet eggs are part of my daily breakfast. 100ml egg whites / 1 egg / raspberries or blueberries or both. Cook in airfryer for 12 minutes. Ive added a knob of peanut butter and Prozis low calorie chocolate sauce (9 cals)

  • All weighed in ? Still time if not. What diet plans are you doing love seeing what every one is eating. If you don’t follow me on Instagram I eat cake everyday - sometimes twice and still lose weight. Healthy cake of course.

This is my first time using Diet Bet! I'm cutting out snacking for this round. 20-40 g protein x 3 meals with 4 hours between each. 64 oz water. 10k steps. Let's see what happens in 4 weeks :smiley:

Hi all! I’ve gained a few pounds since moving back to FL. Dietbet was a really good strategy I used years ago and have kept most of the weight off. Looking forward to all of us winning this round!!

Hi can someone help me please I’m finding this really difficult to understand where do I go to submit my weigh in please? As I’ve paid the money but I’m having no prompts xx

When it’s time to weigh in tomorrow - there will be a prompt to tell you what to do. You have 48 hours to weigh in - if you have any issues get back to me. It will basically tell you a word you need to write on a piece of paper- weigh yourself and put the piece of paper near by taken a photo of the scale reading. Then take a photo of your whole self on the scales - don’t panic it will become clear tomorrow :heart::heart: xx
