- Hi everyone - excited to have you here and start the challenge in 6 days. If you are not following a plan this is my current nutrition plan. If you google TDEE calculator you will find lots of free calculators to find what your calorie deficit should be and adapt to suit.
Once you have your calories - If using my plan - screenshot to Chat GPT and ask him to amend for your calories.
I recommend using a food tracker.
