- I did it!! Weighed this morning just under goal. I am so proud of myself because my birthday was on Sunday and I was able to enjoy celebrating with family in a way that didn’t make me feel yucky afterwards. I usually feel dreadful after an event like that for a few days because my body is angry about all of the food I’ve eaten (and the type of food I’ve eaten 😅) I ate cake and had snacks but stayed mindful.
