Oh my gosh! Isn’t it nice when someone else does all that huge amount of prep work for the healthy food FOR you?
Sometimes that’s my holdup at home, it’s annoying to get out all the things to make the healthy salad or quinoa bowl or wrap just for me. Then I just want to eat convenient junk.

Rebecca, yes! If I do it at home, I like to make bulk if possible so I do the labor once but maybe have a quinoa bowl to last several days

I hear ya! There are some weeks out of the year you have to move it down into your basement and march with a book, ha ha. But a step is still a step, indoors or in the dark (and holding a heavy hard back out in front of you for 40 minutes while you read and march probably doesn’t hurt, either)!

Hi everyone! This group is sooo quiet. I wanted to see if everyone wants to share their favorite healthy recipe here?
Mine is zucchini lasagna.
5 sliced zucchinis. I use part skim ricotta and part skim shredded cheese, lean ground beef or lean ground turkey and any pasta sauce you like. You make this just like you would a lasagna. Sooooo delicious and healthy for you!!!!

I am hugely introverted, that's why i'm on here and not at a gym. I don't post any more on here than i would be likely to do social media influencing. It is almost as mortifying to me.

Def not a GLP-1 user. Just extremely busy, which is why I joined the group… to hold myself accountable for prioritizing my health.
Unfortunately, that means I don’t have much time to make creative healthy meals. So twice a week I just batch meal prep air fried chicken, veggies, and rice and eat the same thing for lunch and dinner nearly every day.
It’s not fun, but it takes the stress and guess work out of what to eat and ensures I don’t pick up fast food!

I'm still mostly housebound due to agoraphobia, but yesterday I managed to walk up and down my street several times, a couple of friends came and walked with me so my anxiety wasn't bad at all. Managed almost 4000 steps yesterday. Which sounds like nothing compared to some of you megastars, but that's HUGE for me! Sadly, it's a bad brain day today, so I hyperventilated before I even opened my front door hahahaha, oh well, maybe tomorrow!
