Since starting my journey I never limited myself with foods or my cravings because if I did then I spiraled and binged. I just eat less! If I want ice cream, I have one scoop where I used to eat a 3 scoop sundae. I’ve also designated one day a week where I can eat whatever I want but still in moderation.
thank you!! I feel like there are so many times I can ignore the physical craving, but then mentally I get “mad” that I can’t have it and give in and will binge it. These are very helpful tips and i’m excited to try them and see if they make a difference!
