I married the Elliptical. I was doing too much heavy lifting and underestimated the density of muscle. So it's been treadmill, Elliptical, Stairmaster. All cardio. No days off.

  • Best lunch if you need solid macros. I didn’t have breakfast this morning because of a crazy schedule so this is making up for that. Made these with leftover grilled chicken and taco meat. This (not including the ranch) is 561 calories, 30g fat, 63g protein and 28g of fiber.

Planned to work out early….sleep won that fight! Planning to fill my Stanley with ice cold watermelon water and avoid the snacks…girls day out with my daughter today, we are hitting up a dirty soda shop….fingers crossed I find a less sugar bomb option? Never been there before!

Make sure you’re getting enough water too! Fluctuations are super normal!

The trainer I work with says an average of 4-6 pounds up and down every day is totally normal with water weight. It’s so stupid! I step on the scale every morning so that eventually I’ll see a downward trend….Hopefully!

  • Hi! I’m Amy, 45 year old mom of a houseful of hormonal teenagers & our yellow lab ?

    I’m looking forward to being held more accountable. I work out 4-ish times a week at OrangeTheory. Outside of that, with work and ubering these kids around to all their activities I don’t have much time for anything else.

    I used to drink a TON of water everyday, but I’ve been sneaking in more Diet Coke & diet Dr Pepper more often than I should. So working on that and trying harder to up my protein every day are my current goals.
