Restriction might be all that you know, but I want to challenge you to use this Dietbet as an opportunity to try something different. Think about your current habits. Are there any that you think may not be serving you? Maybe things that feel good in the moment but leave you not feeling your best afterwards? Choose 3 habits to focus on changing and commit to those for these 4 weeks. This is the key to sustainable habit change.
