I need a kick in the butt!! I've started off strong but this week has been crazy! I'm doing internships for my teachers training + been sick past week and can't seem to get back into the flow. I'm still tracking my ww points but not drinking my water, eating less veggies and sneaking in unhealthy snacks. I know striving for perfection is not my thing, but striving for progress is. Any tips from you ladies and gents out there how to get back on the rails.

Agreed with Brandis advice. We all have days or weeks where things go haywire. Start simple with one meal or a longer walk. Little steps at a time is sometimes the best

Since starting my journey I never limited myself with foods or my cravings because if I did then I spiraled and binged.
I just eat less! If I want ice cream, I have one scoop where I used to eat a 3 scoop sundae. I’ve also designated one day a week where I can eat whatever I want but still in moderation.

thank you!! I feel like there are so many times I can ignore the physical craving, but then mentally I get ā€œmadā€ that I can’t have it and give in and will binge it. These are very helpful tips and i’m excited to try them and see if they make a difference!

Make sure you’re getting enough water too! Fluctuations are super normal!

The trainer I work with says an average of 4-6 pounds up and down every day is totally normal with water weight. It’s so stupid! I step on the scale every morning so that eventually I’ll see a downward trend….Hopefully!

Hello to my old pals and my new pals!
I am so excited to be here.
Since August 2024 I have lost 90lbs (with lots of exercise, food changes and help of a GLP1). I also had a breast reduction done this past October.
I’m starting a new job on Monday (HELLLLL PROMOTION) which involves much more sedentary time than I am used to, so I am really going to prioritize movement in between meetings and on my lunch break.
I also will be working on staying in a calorie deficient and drinking 100oz of water daily.
Can’t wait to get started guys!

Hey everyone, I’m Sara!
A 44 year old Momma of two boys, one husband, seven chickens, four turkeys and recently just one dog. My beloved Bonnie was hit by a truck yesterday and we lost her ? so we just have our dog Stella now. (Shared that because there’s seems to be a lot of fellow pup lovers here 🐶)

I’ve recently been extremely proud of myself, I have totally changed my lifestyle & become very active & it’s mind blowing how much better I feel šŸ™Œ? my diet has also significantly changed—but there’s is def some improvements I can make here! More whole & more protein!

Water intake is decent, but I can’t wait to see what will happen when I really make this a goal to stick to!

In terms of support for me, I love seeing pictures of everyone else doing activity- helps me to really see the hardwork & know that people are going to feel great after it!
