Get back on track and keep moving forward! The pain from your work out is the reward to remind you what a great start you have got going with. Don't reward the pain with food to make yourself feel better because you'll just be undoing the great work you're putting in. My trainer told me this morning as I grumbled and complained about lifting heavy weights and swinging across monkey bars that 30 minutes of packing in as much power is best use of my time, and best use of my time is respectful of all that I do ... work, being a mom, getting up early to hit the gym. That if results weren't important then I wouldn't be putting in my time, energy and financial resources and therefore deserve to get the most bang for my buck. It was a good reminder for what I'm trying to achieve!
