They say that calorie thing is real. Something I have read - and can't say it has or hasn't worked for me - is having one day of wild calories and adhering to your regular calories the other 6 days - maybe that is why college kids can make it work:)

I am also consuming a few more calories ( I don't feel right consuming what dietbet tells me to eat 1581-1931..that is eating most of my exercise calories too. I don't want to do that.
