Writing a blog here was the kind of accountability I needed. The thought of having to "justify" my every day choices to the people here gave me a lot of motivation. That doesn't mean I haven't had "bad days", but I just had to keep moving forward. You will do this. I'm not saying you "can do this", you WILL do this. Just one step at a time. About exercising: Try out as much as possible and find something you like (or at least don't hate).
