I soooooo agree with you on this. OMG the blah feelings come back and me I gain weight for the next two days. its been 2 weeks since my last so called cheat day and I am not going back its just not worth the aggravation. I may have a glass of wine next next time

The same thing happens with me. I think I can get one fast food meal and then be back on track the next day. NEVER works that way! One meal turns into another one the next day and the next day and then I decided I've messed up, so might as well enjoy the weekend and get back on track on Monday, which never happens either. I'm a mess, I know!
