Tasted good too! Here's the recipe. Ingredients first:1 tablespoon coconut oil1 small onion, chopped1 garlic clove , grated1 tin beans ( drained weight of 250g) i used pinto beans but any would do.50g wholemeal or buckwheat flour1 teaspoon dried oregano80g sun dried tomatoes , choppedHandful of chopped fresh parsleyChopped fresh chillies to taste50g feta cheese ( optional)Oven to 200C/390FHeat oil in pan and fry onion until softened.Stir in garlic and cook for a minute.Add drained beans and roughly mash in the pan.Transfer bean mix into a bowl and add everything else.Season to taste.Use hands to form into 4 burgers.Place on oven tray and bake for 40 to 50 mins ( turning over halfway) until crisp and golden brown.Hope that makes sense!Good luck yourself with all of this.
