Courtney, I used to let everything bother me like that too. Then at some point I realized that the people around me weren't letting my actions bother them all that much. That led me to believe that it was okay for me to do the same. I started to focus on my own actions rather than my reaction to other people's actions. Not so easy to do, but it's easier on the emotions. Along the way I have learned to accept that other people are responsible for their own actions, and I have some choice about how to react to them. I'd like to think that I've managed to find a nice balance now but it's been a long journey. Good luck!
