Can you drink a protein shake at work before you come home or eat something healthy before you get home so you are not hungry and want to eat? If you are that hungry when you get home it would seem you are not eating enough at work. If you had a protein shake on way home from work even, it may stave off your hunger until you get up withe kids at 7?That work schedule is very hard---it whacks out your system since you are up at all hours. The best advice I could give would be to eat well AT work..that way you come home, lay down, get some sleep, then get up with kids and eat a healthy breakfast. Would that work?
