Great article! Track and PLAN AHEAD! For me it's more of the have prepared and plan ahead. Often times I wait until I am hungry and then look for the easiest thing to grab and eat.... DANGER DANGER!! But, if as soon as food comes in the house, I break it into serving size (according to the package) then I am safe! I can wait, then grab and go! BUT WITHOUT TRACKING it's still a dangerous move! Great Job! Thank you for posting this reminder!


I usually plan what I will eat the day before, breakfast is pretty much the same each day as is my snack, so I have a little room with my lunch and dinner. Tracking what you eat may seem like a pain, but after a while it becomes second nature. :) Nicely said Sarah.
