Don't be depressed... love the skin you are in and know that you are on the right track to get to the new you! You are so right, things dont happen over night and I also have to remind myself of that as well. I recenlty lost 30 lbs and gained a lot of it back because i got comfortable. I have to get back into the swing of things. My biggest issue is eating right and fighting temptation. Im glad that I joined DB because I think it will help me stay focused, even if I dont win I will still have won by losing weight! :) Just keep going and you will be successful! If you mess up, dont beat yourself up, we are human, just start again.

Wow I feel like I was reading a blog post written by me! I feel all your struggles and agree with all your statements for the future. No more lazy---but of course hell yeah I will still have a Netflix night after work every once in awhile! Moderation is key, especially to maintaining after all our hard work. Good luck to you!

Amazing post, it's so easy to just beat yourself up about losing control in the past, when all that matters is that you take control now. Thanks for the reminder, I needed this today.
