Well I’ve been “fasting like a girl” since this challenge began and was losing weight but the last three weeks I hadn’t. I’ve been keeping track of my fasts on a spreadsheet and realized my longer fasts last month were between 25-40 hours and this month I hadn’t fasted over 22 hours. So I finally fasted for 40 and my stubborn 200.0 went to 196.6. I’m 1.4 lbs away from this round’s goal and hopeful again.
