Claim that victory! Even a small one is still a success for that moment. What are your short term goals, have you written them down or told someone about them? The biggest hurdle of the weight loss game is mental - the brain needs to motivate the rest of the body to get in alignment. We all go through it, some of us take longer to understand this. Once you do, the process gets easier. The work doesn't, but the attitude about the work does. Looking forward to more of your victories.
