Thanks for the encouragement! I did lose a few pounds, but not nearly enough to meet the goal. I had Thanksgiving and two birthdays in November. I would love an accountability partner!

I took thanksgiving off from my diet and that turned into Friday as well. I shot back up in weight almost 8 pounds!!!! I need to start taking this seriously again if I don’t want to lose

Same! It's frustrating. Eating mostly low-cal smoothies and egg scrambles. It's helping and I don't feel like I'm starving. The chicken day sounds yummier

I had passed my goal and now I’m back to needing to lose 2 pounds because of Thanksgiving and all the leftovers! For me that can be a matter of water weight and fluctuate from day to day but I want to make sure I’m firmly on the right side. Hopefully I can get back on track!

I'm excited for this game. It's been a while since I've completed a Transformer. Got to my goal weight and then I've been gradually gaining since then. Holidays, birthdays, and road trips are so hard! This time around, I want to lose the weight quickly so I can practice maintaining under supervision the last rounds.
If you have any good maintaining and self-control tips, I'd love to hear them!

Those things are so hard! But fun! My goal is to get to my goal weight, and then have a hard weight line that I can’t pass. If I get up close to it then I work it back down. But I don’t ever want to cross it again. I think I’ll give it 5-10 lbs of wiggle room but never past that. Can’t say if it works yet because I’m working on it now, but that’s what my plan is.
