Exciting to have Sunday start to the month (I don't know why this is so motivating to me??) and a last push for this round. How's everyone feeling? 🌸

So I started strong but ran into some health problems. Thankfully my Dr is helping to correct the issues, lots of labs out of balance. I got within 5lbs of Mo. 2
Goal. Didn’t make it and that’s ok. Not giving up just keeping steady forward. I’ll catch up.

Made goal and then some! I feel like I can’t eat until they accept my weigh-in! 😆 On to Round 3!

Two more weeks till the next weigh in. If we can get through this, the rest will be down hill!

We’re currently in Round 2 of our 6-month Diet Bet Challenge, and I just want to say how proud I am of this community and the effort everyone is putting in.

I’ve personally made great progress and have lost about 26.5 pounds (12 kg) so far, something I honestly didn’t think would happen this quickly when I started. For me, it’s been a reminder that consistency, patience, and small daily habits really do add up over time.

That said, everyone’s journey is different. Please don’t compare your progress to anyone else’s, what matters is that you’re showing up for yourself and moving forward at your own pace. Every step counts, and you’re doing better than you think.
