STARTING ALL OVER

Wouldn't it be nice to be a genie & blink the pounds away??? OH HOW I WISH!!! LOL!!! If I could, I'd be looking like my attached pic!!! :-)

Unfortunately, it takes hard work and discipline. Since I've gained a lot of weight from taking Prednisone, I have to start all over again. And I was SOOO CLOSE too!!! I was 35 pounds away from my ultimate goal of 145 pounds. WOOHOO!!! I was GETTING MY SEXY BACK!!! LOL!!! Then I got sick. Oh well: IT IS WHAT IT IS!!! :-)

I'm still dealing with some medical issues, but at least I'm not taking Prednisone anymore. (THANK GOD!!!) Now, I'm making healthy food choices, & when I'm able, I'll start working out again too. In the meantime & in between time, I'm gonna work on keeping my mind right so that I can get my body tight!!! YEAH BABY!!! I'm on a mission to GET MY SEXY BACK - AGAIN!!! YEAH!!! :-)

Thanks Elizabeth!!! I'm trying. Girl, it has been very difficult trying to make healthier food choices these past couple of weeks. I'll do okay for a couple of days, & then I fall off track & eat forbidden foods. When I talked to my doctor about it, she said that it takes a while for Prednisone to get completely out of my system. Today was a good day though. I was able to eat clean without any temptations. YAY!!! I'm just gonna take it one day at a time & try to stay focused. I also have to get some of this weight off because I want to feel well enough to go on my scheduled cruise 1/24/16. If my back isn't better, I'm gonna have to reschedule it. I'm praying that I'm feeling wonderful in time for my trip. I also want to be feeling FABULOUS on my 54th birthday January 21st!!! I'll see what happens.....

Congratulations on starting your 1st challenge Claire!!! WOOHOO!!! I'm sooo proud of you!!! :-) Since I'm still not feeling my best, I'm just gonna join the Transformer Challenge in January. Whenever I'm in challenges, I feel I have to give my all showing support, & I'm not feeling well enough to handle 2 challenges at this time. I wish you all the best with it. Hi Everybody!!!Happy Monday!!! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend! smile emoticon My weekend was okay; just relaxed and watched Christmas movies on ION television. Wasn't much I could do. I wish I could have enjoyed the beautiful weather we had this weekend here in the Big Apple. Above 60 degree weather in December??? I've already told some friends & family that we're gonna get a surprise in the night! One morning we may wake up to 30+ inches of snow!!! LOL!!! On a serious note, I hope not.....Here's an update: I had my esophagram this morning, & the doctor said that he didn't see any cancer (PRAISE GOD)!!! I'm still baffled why my cough has gotten worse, & why I'm throwing up though..... He said that once the report has been sent to my doctor, she can determine whether or not I have to get an endoscopy because he didn't see anything besides GERD on this test.

Yes, it would DEFINITELY "be nice to be a genie and blink the pounds away", but like you say, "it takes hard work and discipline"!!! I am so excited that you are starting over again and are not allowing this minor setback to defeat you! You are a TRUE WINNER and WINNERS NEVER QUIT!!! Keep doing what you're doing, then go ahead and get your sexy back!!! You GOT this!!! ;)
