Keep up the great work! 4 lbs is 4 lbs and something to be proud of no matter how you define this weight! I'm so proud of you!Don't feel guilty about not adding the exercise in yet. Sure, there are many different kinds of changes we can make that contribute to our better health. All that matters is that you have taken the first step - and getting results already! Exercise is hard for me too. Don't overwhelm yourself with all the aspects of change you can incorporate....they will all come in time; after all, these are lifestyle changes that we need to make a permanent part of our days - not just until we get the results we want. Making even the smallest of changes can burn calories just as effectively as an exercise regimine: parking in the far end of a parking lot when going to the grocery store or work and getting extra steps in, taking the stairs instead of escalators or elevators, etc. etc. You want this to work and it will. You have the desire, and the mindset, and I have faith in you! One day @ a time! You're rocking it out! Praise yourself for all you are accomplishing: the healthy eating, the water intake, the reduced calories. Keep up the awesome awesome work! WAY TO GO! ;)

Thanks very much, Christy. I'm going to bed now to work on increasing my amount of sleep time a night. It is tough when you're a night owl like me and then go to work early. I can't get my internal clock adjusted back from being off for the holidays. Have a great Thursday! We're on the downhill slide of this week.
