Weekends are hard for me too! The biggest difference for me was just to start planning ahead for treat meals and socializing. Before I even step in a restaurant I have made a mental plan for what I am going to eat and drink. And even if I go over that, I try to make it a small overindulgence. Like I might have 2 beers instead of 1 at happy hour, but I don't let myself give in and eat a whole pizza if I was only planning on having one slice. Find what works for you!
