It looks like you know what to do, and from the comments below it looks like you are doing it. Last year I lost a few pounds because I was going on vactation for 2 weeks (Italy and France). I didn't curb my eating on vacation because I wanted to enjoy the foods from the countries I was visiting. I had never been to Europe before. I didn't gain any on the trip, but I went back up gradually after I got back. I seem to need a reason to lose or even maintain my weight. Hopefully with DietBet I will figure it out.
