Nic - I think you are doing great! It is perfectly normal to lose quickly at first and then slow down, even plateau sometimes for a week or two even when you are still doing everything right! You have identified so many important strategies here - eat whole foods, don't let yourself feel deprived, drink enough water, track what you eat and how much you move and you have a plan! And you went two weeks without a binge, which you haven't done in a long time - YAY YOU! That is really HUGE! I would say A+. You have a lot to feel really good about. Great goals for the week also!
