Seems when the end of the year rolls around, I starting thinking about my weight.  I am back on the alternate fasting day plan as I seem to stick to that one the best.  We have another cruise planned for the end of December, so I'll use that one for motivation.  I can't seem to keep the weight off even though I eat whole foods and very little junk and absolutely no sodas. 


Hoping to take off about 20 lbs prior to my cruise December 24th.  Hiking daily at a mountain park.  Getting at least 30 minutes and usually around 45 minutes of brisk walking in daily, including weekends.
