Hi Amanda, we are all warriors. In one way or the other. I recognised myself lots in your post. There are also a lot of should-dos instead of can-dos, like with me. But its your decision. You can do or you leave it. What helped me to get from planning into action, away from should into the motivation to act was the thought "only 15 minutes!". There are workouts that lasts only 15 minutes. Go for it. Do workout only 15 minutes. Maybe you will stay longer, maybe you stop after 15 minutes. Your results will be extremly positive for yourself. Because you decided to workout and you did workout. All those little endorphines will get awake and will make you wanting to workout more or on a higher frequency. And results will come along.

Thanks for the reply Katrin - I think my motto at this point is like Nike... JUST DO IT. Instead of me planning out a workout, I just go do one when I think about the fact that I should workout. When I wrote that post yesterday, it was before lunchtime. So at my lunch break, I went on a walk for half my break. That's new for me! It was freezing, so today I am going to have a little dance party in our break room :-D
