Harder Near the Finish

I very much understand your pain! I am just about at the normal BMI range and am 10 lbs from my goal weight. With no indulgences, I can lose about 1/2 lb a week. I can't live without indulgences! I've replaced all my old, unhealthy indulgences with newer, healthier ones (e.g., greek yogurt with dried fruit and dark chocolate instead of ice cream), but they are still indulgences in terms of calorie count. I'm really not sure what I'm going to do...stay this weight and be happy with food but unhappy with my weight OR lose weight but be unhappy with food. "Some day" started seeming too far off, and food has been winning out for a few months now :)
