Dominik do not stress what happened yesterday because it happens to ALL of us. I understand how difficult it is to play a good host and still control your environment. It's nearly impossible. I do suggest that next time you should maybe try making your own snacks? You can still have sweet/salty things that are not worth over 1000 calories. Also good job on working out today!!! Pedometer man showed up! Like you said, the past is in the past. We just have to get up and look forward.
