Yesterday was a good day. I weighed in first thing in the morning and I was at 79.3kg, 0.1kg below my goal weight. No need to make use of the extra 47 hours. The results are being finalized, but I am a verified winner. So I won my next dietbet. Woohoo! Three for three now. I didn't immediately join another one because I'm waiting until April 21st when Jen Widerstroms dietbet starts. Honestly, how can you not love her? She's so awesome. Back to my day: I ate really well. Scrambled eggs for breakfast, loads of veggies for lunch and a salad for dinner. I snacked a grapefruit, some cottage cheese and cucumber slices in-between meals. The "sins of the day" was a popsicle (60kcal) and a pac of TicTacs (70kcal). In the evening I met a friend, that I have not seen for over a month now, and the first thing he said to me was: "Have you lost weight?" I casually said "yes", but inside I was more like:

I don't really see any difference yet when I look in the mirror, and I'm not the conceited kind of person, but this small comment was music to my ears. Hahaha

Today my left thigh felt so good, that I wanted to try if I could get in a run. It's been almost a week now and I really miss running. I decided, that if I felt that it wasn't possible after a few minutes, I would stop.
I felt so good from the moment I started. No pain, good lungs, good legs, good breathing, total "tunnel view". Everything felt just right. My only concern was, that I might overdo it, so I stopped after my "usual route" which is roughly 11km. I regret that a little bit, because I felt super good and could have done more. Anyway...
I had a feeling I was fast, but not that fast. I'm really happy right now. And when I looked in the mirror afterwards, "I saw pride, and I saw power." Hahaha. Well, not really that much, but I thought it was a fitting Disney quote. xD
