I agree. When I tried to follow crash diets I would always gain all the weight back plus some. This year I just started replacing things. I replaced cheetos with low cal string cheese and whole wheat crackers (for the crunch) and chocolate ice cream with fruit blended ice cream with a 2 drops of nonfat choc syrup (tastes practically the same with 1/4 the calories!) Thanks for the informative blog!
