How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

If your weigh out was approved it should work for weigh in as well. Hope the BP stuff goes well!


Still waiting for my weigh-out to be approved. I was .1 under - finally. I need to get a better scale or put a mirror near a flatter floor.

I did it! Last week I jumped on the keto train! Most of my friends are on the keto diet! I’m not looking for a huge lifestyle change... such as never eating carbs again! I’ll admit I could NEVER do that! But I started following a lot of the recipes and substituted a lot during the week! So I’ll say I’m partial keto diet lol! I’ve learned that parmason cheese can be a substitute for so much! Weird little things I’d never look up if it wasn’t for this diet bet! Just looking to live a little healthier life without a complete lifestyle change! Good luck all! Anyone else joining a diet bet right away? And which one id love to see the same people in my next group!

I started keto a month ago and it has been life changing! By far the best keto resource on the internet is Keto Connects videos. It’s a boyfriend girlfriend team and they are super down to earth and know all the ins and outs of keto.


I just make keto meatballs for dinner! Yum!

Thanks to everyone who kept me on track this past month by being a part of this game.....This was my first and I know that the motivation of winning helped me to not cheat. I beat my goal by 2.2 lbs! I have started improving my food choices, cut down drastically on diet pop, and am going to start incorporating exercise into my routine. I even started my own diet bet game....called Patty’s DietBet.....I hope some people will join and continue to help motivate me!

Well I’ve been trying new things for over 30 years and this has been my best success I’ve ever had! I’m also in a transformer game which helps me too because I have to keep thinking long term....can’t just go back to my old ways because I finished my 4 weeks.


Let’s do it! I’d love to see some of the same people in the same group again!!

Good morning everyone! Wow, how fast did the last month go by?! I was very motivated at the beginning, but started to lose steam about halfway through. I was still able to make better choices and I always tried to be mindful when eating. My biggest setback was not doing full meal planning and shopping at the beginning of the week - so my new goal is to start being more on top of my grocery shopping and to lose 10 more pounds by my vacation in April.

Ok. Still at the stubborn .1 sometimes, and sometimes I hit it squarely. Gonna be dicey, but here goes. (And let’s see if I can keep the cat off the scale. )


I move the scale a foot and the weight is different. (Up.) yay old houses. Le sigh.

Ack I’m still .2 lbs over! Any suggestions? I have like 40 ish hours to do my official weigh in. Should I fast?

Work itill out, by getting sweaty ull drop it easily


I didn’t have time for a long workout but I did break a sweat and then I fasted besides drinks till 4 and it worked!
