How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Hey I just weighed submitted my official weigh in.! I couldn’t sleep cause I was so nervous about the weigh in. (anxiety is a mother.) My goal to hit was 213.7 (starting weight:222.6) and my final weight was 210.4.! This is my second time around doing the DietBet and last time I failed so I’m really proud of myself. I’m proud of all of you guys as well, keep up the good work and happy weigh in.!

Get ready for the final weigh in! Once the game ends tonight at midnight PST, you have until 11:59PM PST on Feb 21 to submit your final weight. If you're a winner, you'll be asked to submit photos and will get a new weigh-in word when you visit the weigh-in screens.

Submit early to make sure your photos are accepted, and remember - don't eat that cupcake until you get an email that your photos are approved! (If you don't get one, check your spam folder.) You must have an approved weigh-in in order to be declared a winner.

The game will finalize 24-36 hours after all weigh-ins have been submitted. Good luck!

Hey everyone! Our challenged is almost over and I’m so ready for it.! I’ve had some slip ups but kept pushing through. What were some of the challenges you had.? Also what about the victories.?

And also, keep in mind that the game “ENDS” at midnight on that last day. But then you’ve got another 48 hours to weigh out. So that 1-2 more days could make the difference! You’ve got this!! :muscle:

I just saw that. I’m going to do it. I have 2.1 lbs to go. I’m exercising more now as well. Hoping that doesn’t put muscle on me to weigh more
