How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Dang. I had my husband take a picture of me this morning just before he went to work - and I forgot to look for the daily 'word'. Then I had friends over for a pot-luck style breakfast...!! Thankfully I still weighed in under my goal, but It went up a few ounces since my first picture! poop.

Well I didn't win my DietBet. After all that bragging. But! I learned a lot about my body and what it takes to make a change. I have never stuck with trying for so long. No wonder I've never seen real change! I've changed the way I see eating. I've tried yoga, hot yoga, anti-gravity yoga, Pilates, squats, aerial fitness, kickboxing. I'm going to keep at it! DietBet or no DietBet!
