This was fun. I lost a ton of weight beating the loss goal of 10lbs easily. Been doing Intermittent Fasting (IF) as well as an exercise boot camp. I think IF is to thanks for weight loss and boot camp for fit feelings. Give IF a try folks - 'You cant out run the fork' as they say - too true for me! Thanks for the support and camaraderie!
