For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • Hey everyone! Happy Monday! Back from a fathers day weekend and I'm feeling eh today! Didnt eat to great yesterday and my body is feeling it (why I hate "cheat" meals). I saw a lot of you posting similar things and hey that's okay! Like I always say, one day wont make or break you. It's a new day today and once you get rid of the bloat, you'll be back to normal. Just get back on track today and start working hard again towards your goals. We are almost 1 week into the challenge so theres still tons of time to get it together and focus on your goals! No more excuses..no more reasons to not get there! You're in control!

  • I'm so excited for my new lunch this week! I have a low carb Flatout tortilla with ground turkey meat, black beans, spinach, cilantro, green onions, and a little plain greek yogurt in place of sour cream along with sparkling water
    and some fruit and veggies!

Lost 6 lbs last week was on a roll ...weekend came lost all motivation probably gained at least 4 lbs back ....honestly guys its all the carbs i eat for me at least !

I’m going to be honest with you guys, this past week has been rough on me I did horrible this weekend I started working two jobs so I couldn’t work out. I feel like the weight I lost I gained back. I’m feeling discouraged right now. But today I did push myself to workout it’s just hard right now especially with the food. But I know I gotta keep pushing because this is just the beginning

I'm with you! I lost a bunch last week and gained it back over the weekend. So disappointed. But I told myself that I'm just going to get back on track and move on. We can do this, just gotta stick with it and look at the bigger picture. I work 2 jobs too and I think eating healthy is so hard because I have very little time. It's better though if I plan ahead and pack my meals in advance. Just eat something healthy without thinking or excuses. Hang in there!

I’m trying to submit a progress weight but it’s only giving me the option to submit weight unofficially? Is this what we do the whole game and submit the official progress weight when the game is over??
This is my first game so I’m not sure how it all works!
