How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • Happy weigh in day tribe! WE HAVE OFFICIALLY LOST OVER 40,000 this month! I'm so proud of each and every one of you, that's amazing! Thank you so much for being here this month and helping us have a great game! I love being part of an amazing tribe and all the positive comments, encouragement, love, and support I read here every single day. This was another great game i've hosted, and I am so humbled to feel like i'm not alone in my journey and there's no words to explain being able to help others. Seriously, thank you all for having my back daily and personally I was struggling but able to hit my goal. So hard but so worth it!!!!! Forever grateful for dietbet as before I would struggle to stay accountable and eat everything in sight but with our games it made it easy to make healthier choices! Accountability is so important. A few last minute tips:

    - Weigh in will close tomorrow and youll get an email with winnings!
    - Take photos! Sometimes the scale doesn't tell the full story but pictures always do! Trust me, you will want ALL the progress photos even if they are something you don't want to take now. In the email you received verifying you final weight it should say "you are an official winner" they have not sent out the winners' list with dollar amount yet.

Does anyone have any good ideas for making it to the gym when you have the following schedule issues?
4 month old baby
Gym daycare open from 8 to 6
Regular daycare has a 9 hour max, which basically only covers the regular work day
Regular work hours 9 to 5 mon through Friday
Lunch hour is taken by needing to go feed the baby
I'm lucky to leave the office by 5, so early isnt going to happen
Baby to sleep by 1930, but due to teething this isnt guaranteed. Sometimes not down until 9, and then back up at 11.
My husband takes our older daughter to school in the morning, but he cant take the baby for me. Our daycare is near my work but very far from his.
I feel like I can only make it late at night or on the weekends. I might just have to suck it up and wait until she doesn't need a lunch visit.

It sounds like your schedule is maxed out! It’s incredibly difficult to figure out a gym schedule when you’re working full time and have a young kid. This is something I’ve been struggling with big time lately- trying to figure out how to squeeze more hours out of the day is impossible.

I work long hours and my boyfriend and I work opposite schedules, so only one of us at a time is home w the kid mon-sat and if we’re not at home single parenting more or less, we’re at work. Point is, I still haven’t figured out to eek that gym time in in 3 years and I really love going to the gym.

I would suggest your SO take over the nighttime routine and you drop the kid at home with him after work and turn around and go straight to the gym. I take it your LO is still breastfeeding, so going down at night without you might be impossible. I’d try to make it home by bedtime to feed and also start pumping on the weekends and build up some stash that he can feed her/him if you’re running late or she seems like she needs it.

Other option is to find a way to exercise at home- jogging around the neighborhood or doing some videos. I’ve come to the realization that is the only way I’m going to possibly find the time to work out for now, even though I hate working out at home. :-(

Definitely feeling motivated and great! I’ve been feeling strong and healthy and wanting to move a lot which is nice! Also been less hungry and it’s been easier to make healthier choices. I hope to keep this going always
