How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Laressia, I've seen a 4-week 4% game that starts today (9/13)...I'm considering it since as today I'd have 5% loss as my total weight loss goal by December. It's the $200 in BONUS PRIZES! FIT FOR FALL CHALLENGE!


@ MrJDL, Thank you. I decided to go with 3 games that begin today Sat. Sept 15. I'm hoping to do the final weigh out midnight Fri and have my verified email by Sat. Morning. Unfortunately I've gained weight so I'm waiting to lose a bit because I want a lower goal weight. I've done a game previously with the hosts of $200 in bonus prizes and they are very good hosts with very high win rates.

  • Congratulations to everyone that participated in this game! Whether you reached your goal or not, you are still a winner in my book! You committed and put forth the effort towards living a healthier lifestyle. If you replaced one unhealthy habit with a healthy one, or just adopted a new healthy habit, that is a win. It may not be the win you wanted but you're moving in the right direction, so don't give up!

I weighed 183.4 pounds at 6:35am. I weighed 181.0 pounds at 10:30am after spending 60 minutes on the elliptical machine and burned about 630 calories. Got 9500 fitbet steps in by the time I left Planet Fitness. My theoritical maximum heart rate is 174 beats per minute... spent most of the time exercising at 163bpm to 176 bpm.

Thanks! I just looked back over the last 7 days...I was 189.2 pounds 7 days ago and now 181.0 pounds. My goal in April was 179.0 pounds by December...I just need to maintain now.

  • Hello Beautiful people! Today is the last day of the game which means your final weigh-in can be submitted on Monday and Tuesday. Here are some helpful tips to ensure that your weigh-in is approved.

    1) Be sure that your full body shot is head to toe.

    2) Your face must be clearly visible so make sure your phone is not blocking it.

    3) No accessories, hats, or shoes

    4) Your weigh-in word must be written on a piece of paper and included in the scale photo.

    5) Weekly accountability weigh-ins do not count towards your final weigh-in. In order to qualify for winnings, you must submit an official weigh-in during the final weigh-in period.

    6) You’ll receive an email notification once your weigh-in is received and a second email letting you know that it has been approved. Please be sure to view this email just in case there are any issues that require you to resubmit.

    7) Be sure to submit your weigh-in before 11:59PM PST on Tuesday, September 11th. We will not accept any late weigh-ins after the 48-hour deadline.
