For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Welcome everyone :) I am excited to get this game rolling and use it as motivation to lose these pounds I have gained back! Fall has officially arrived and we all know what comes next, winter and the holidays.. so now is the perfect time to take control and go after your goals (I'm going to keep picturing myself at my holiday party in a swanky new outfit feeling my best!)
Weigh in opens today, the game starts Monday, you will first submit a full length picture, then receive the weigh-in word and submit a scale picture, any questions please ask away..
The best advice I can give is
1) Pick a plan and stick with it for the whole 4 weeks
2) Do not sabotage yourself for an off track day, own it and move on!
3) Fit in some kind of activity everyday, even if it's a 30 minute walk

Just finished 65 minutes in the elliptical! Also got in a very slow paced 2 mile “hike” with my geriatric dog this afternoon. Hopefully I can keep this up!
