How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Sorta wishing tomorrow was the final weigh in day...I can only have clear liquids until 1 pm TOMORROW, AND doing a “super fun” colonoscopy prep this evening....I’m POSITIVE my weight will be down tomorrow 😂 Also, as someone who doesn’t usually get hungry until lunch time, I woke up STARVING this morning, of course. Time to go drink some more water and broth!!

This is my first diet bet and it’s not going that great. I am 56 and I can’t seem to lose 2 lbs a week. So far I have lost 4 1/2 lbs and there is only one week to go and I need to lose 8 lbs in total.

I'm having such a hard time!! I have had a horrible migraine for 3 weeks! Dr can't seem to find anything to get rid of it. Meanwhile I'm so off track 😯😭

Not the recommended way to lose but I unintentially ate something bad yesterday that my body didn't like....caused a total colon cleanse. 😂😂 down 4 lbs of crap! Yikes.
