Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I ride competitively in showjumping (which is a better cardio workout than most people think!) so I cross train by lifting, which I love, but I bribe myself with Netflix for my cardio machine time!

    The Fitness Challenge

    Monday-Friday: Get a minimum of 30 minutes of exercise in each day. Walking, jogging, swimming, biking, sports, or whatever you want........Your choice. You can break it up into segments if you need to.
