For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • Good Morning Strong Squad and welcome to our first game of the year!! Im so excited to be your host for this game. We have a lot of new and old faces that have joined our game which makes me so happy! In my games we always have weekly challenges to help everyone stay on track which of course includes prizes :) For this week our challenge will be food tracking. You can use My Fitness Pal, FitBit, or any food journal that helps you keep track. Tracking your food intake is so important! I know when I first got back from my holiday and vacation I was a shocked when I started logging my food into My Fitness Pal. I thought I wasn’t eating that much before but really seeing the calories has helped me. So this week I challenge everyone to track their food starting today! Feel free to post a clipping of one of your meals below for an entry to win a $10 Amazon Giftcard. Ill pick two winners Monday morning 1/21/19. Let’s get tracking! Also a reminder that Ill be awarding the person who likes and comments the most in our group. I really want to encourage everyone to engage and post when you can (sweaty selfies, pictures of your meals, or if you have any questions). We are all here to be supportive and help!
