How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I was at 0.6 over when I woke up, so I was able to hit this Kickstarter goal easily after a short run. However, I'm still about 3 over in my long-term Maintainer game with 2 days to go, putting that one in the category of "may just barely make it if I work out both days."

I made it! I had to wait until today since I was 0.5 lb over yesterday and couldn't workout before eating. I gained 2 lb over my starting weight over Christmas, and it has been SO difficult to lose the extra weight!

Get ready for the final weigh in! Once the game ends tonight at midnight PST, you have until 11:59PM PST on Jan 5 to submit your final weight. If you're a winner, you'll be asked to submit photos and will get a new weigh-in word when you visit the weigh-in screens.

Submit early to make sure your photos are accepted, and remember - don't eat that cupcake until you get an email that your photos are approved! (If you don't get one, check your spam folder.) You must have an approved weigh-in in order to be declared a winner.

The game will finalize 24-36 hours after all weigh-ins have been submitted. Good luck!

5 days to go! What’s your strategy to finish strong? Mine is to drink tons of water, track everything I eat, and balance indulgences by limiting to one a day and filling up with healthy options for everything else!!

No they wont be mad!!!! Do it!!!!! :grin: I had a cheat dinner meal on Christmas day and have been good the rest of the way. Still up a few pounds in weight from water retention. Also still putting in the work at the gym and home workouts and got right back on eating. Water retention is the worst, but I did it to myself. Chris Stapleton mode- nobody to blame but me.
