How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

    Go the extra mile today! That's going to be different for everyone. Examples: Do 10 minutes more cardio than you normally do, skip that soda, go to bed 30 minutes earlier, think positive and focus on your progress. Try to think of one thing today you can do to improve your health and GO THE EXTRA MILE!

  • Shifting your mindset about how to lose weight is the biggest factor in losing weight! Try to avoid an obsession with results, and focusing on quick fixes that might cause you to lose sight of sustainability and even health. Instead, try to focus on the good that can come of weight loss – such as better health, a longer life, more enjoyment in everyday activities and the prevention of diabetes and heart disease. If you can maintain a more positive outlook about weight loss, it will become easier to sustain and implement into long term life habits!
