For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Ridiculous thought warning: I "only" lost 8 lbs so didn't win 😭

On the other hand I did it right this time. No gimmicks no quick fixes. Just watching my carbs and my calories. I may take a break for a month to really focus on getting my mental game back on solid ground. I haven't decided yet 😊

  • Just throwing this out there for anyone who might’ve fluctuated in the wrong direction and needs some encouragement...I threw this collage together really quickly, so I apologize for how sloppy it is!

    Here is my weight loss progress graph from my MyFitnessPal app that you can filter on different time periods. Weight loss is anything but linear, and fluctuations are 100% normal! You can see by my 1 month view that I fluctuate...A LOT! I have learned to expect it (especially when you weigh daily like I do). What I wanted to illustrate by this is that even though it might not look like much progress when you only look at a month, it all adds up if you just keep going and EVENTUALLY it will add up so much that you can’t even see the mini ups and down, but just the overall downward trend. Don’t beat yourself up over one day, or even one month of progress. Trust the process, and never give up!! 💗

Thank you for the encouragement and graphs! I couldn’t weigh myself everyday. I would get depressed! It was difficult taking my weight the day I started. I post-poned it for 2 weeks until the last day to start!!!!

  • OMG I did it!! ???????????????????????????????? i have no clue how, I did fast and worked out!! But I also stared my period 😰 and was extremely stressed do to my sister in law getting really sick last night, I rushed her to the hospital 2 hrs away from home where all her cancer Dra are and got back home at 4 am took the kids to school than rested for 2 hrs than I did my weight in before heading back to the hospital!! So I do t know how the heck I managed to loose not only 3lbs but 4lbs in 2days!! But I thank the Lord for allowing me to help my sister in law through this horrible moments.

    I want to thank You Stacy for all you do to keep us motivated as well as all the competitors in this game !! You guys Rock 🎸 🎉🎉🎉 Congratulations to everyone no matter if you met or didn’t met your goal!! You are o e step closer to your Goal!! This is a life style now if you have chosen to save your life by making small changes towards big results!!

    Can’t wait for the next challenge!! To be honest this is really helping me stay strong through out all my battles right now!! For my sister in law Ana, with cervical cancer, my mother with knee surgery, and my hubby with a broken leg. They sure have kept me busy not thinking or having time for cravings so with all y’alls help sharing recipes I just make the right food and is finally paying off!! I enter the 150’s yeiiiii 💪????💪????💪????💪????💪????👏👏👏👏👏👏
